When accessing the IOK Platform for the first time, the user will be welcomed by a initial tutorial that introduces the main features of the platform.

After the tutorial, the user will be automatically directed to the home screen, which offers an overview of all functionalities and important data linked to the company's account.

3.1 🏠 Home Overview

On the Home screen, the user will find summarized and organized information, including:

• Number of linked equipment to the account;
• Number of menus and recipes registered;
• Registered users on the account;
• Equipment table with individual status (Online, Offline, Updated, or Not Updated);
• Map showing the location of equipment (if locations have been registered);
• Icons indicating the status of the equipment, facilitating real-time operation visualization.

⚙️ Tip: The status of the equipment is updated automatically, making monitoring easier.

3.2 👤 Edit Account

In the top bar, present on all screens of the platform, the user can click on their name to view and edit account information.

By clicking on "Edit Account", a window will open to update the following data:

• User name;
• Phone number;
• Email (login);
• Access password;
• Request a developer token (optional, for integration with proprietary systems).

⚙️ Important: The developer token is intended only for companies wishing to perform specific integrations via API.

3.3 ⚙️ Platform Settings

In the Settings button located in the top bar, the user can customize their experience:

• Select light or dark theme (dark mode);
• Define the unit of weight (grams or ounces - oz);
• Define the unit of temperature (Celsius - °C or Fahrenheit - °F).

These settings help tailor the platform to each user's or company's working standard.

3.4 🎓 Tutorials

After the first access, the initial tutorials automatically disappear. However, the user can revisit them at any time.

To review the tutorials:

• Click on "Review Tutorials" in the top bar;
• All tutorials will be available again for study;
• The user can repeat the tutorials as many times as they want.

3.5 🌍 Language Selection

In the top bar, next to the user's name, there is an option to change the language.

Available languages:

• Portuguese
• English
• Spanish
• French
• German
• Polish
• Greek
• Russian
• Mandarin

🌎 Note: Changing the language immediately alters the interface and texts of the platform.

3.6 🔄 Platform Update (Version)

In the side menu, the user will find the option "Click to Update".

This function serves to:

• Clear saved data in the browser (cookies and cache);
• Force an update of the platform interface, useful in cases of display issues.

⚙️ Tip: If the platform behaves unusually, use this function before contacting support.
