This article describes the "My Menus" functionality, which allows users to create, organize, import, export, and distribute recipe menus for connected equipment. The "All" tab lists all created menus, with search, filter, and quick action functionalities such as export and edit. It also explains how to create, import, and export menus via Wi-Fi or USB. Menus can be organized into groups, and recipes can be created, imported, edited, or exported. The "My Menus" tab focuses on individual creations, while the "Trash" stores deleted menus for 30 days.
5. My Menus
The My Menus tab gathers all recipe menus created by users linked to the company account. This functionality allows users to organize, import, export, and distribute menus conveniently and securely to connected equipment.
Menus function as collections of recipes, which can be sent directly to equipment via the internet (Wi-Fi) or through USB.
5.1 📋 "All" Tab
In the All tab, all menus created by account users are listed.
Main functionalities:
- Search menus by name or responsible person;
- Filter menus alphabetically (menu name or user name);

Quick actions at the end of each menu:
- Export to equipment;
- Export information in Excel or PDF;
- Edit;
- Delete (send to trash).
5.1.1 ➕ How to create a new menu
To create a new menu, follow these steps:
- Click on "Create Menu";
- Provide:
- Menu name;
- Language;
- Compatibility with equipment model;
- Fill in the additional settings (depending on the selected equipment);
- Save the menu.
⚙️ Important: Menus can be created for connected Speed Ovens, combi ovens, and ovens with USB input.
5.1.2 ⬆️ How to import a menu
To import an existing menu:
- Click on "Import Menu";
- Define the menu name;
- Select the model and version of the equipment;
- Choose the file saved on the computer or USB;
- Complete the import.
⚙️ Tip: A menu exported from the oven can be saved on USB and then imported to the platform as a backup.
5.1.3 📤 How to export a menu
Export the menu to the oven:
- Via Wi-Fi: available for Speed Ovens and TSi (with Wi-Fi enabled);
- Via USB: available for all compatible models.
⚙️ Steps for Wi-Fi export:
- Click on "Export Menu via Wi-Fi";
- Select the equipment(s) or group(s) of equipment;
- Confirm the sending;
- The oven will display a notification to accept or reject the menu;
- If preferred, use the Force Update option for the menu to be sent automatically on the next startup.
⚙️ Steps for USB export:
- Download the menu in a compatible file;
- Copy the file to the USB;
- Connect the USB to the oven to import the menu.
5.1.4 📊 How to export menu data
At the end of each menu line, click on "Export Data" to download:
- Excel file: with all menu details (recipes, groups, parameters);
- PDF file: with a "screenshot" view of the menu and recipes.
📝 Useful for offline consultation or sharing with teams.
5.1.5 🗂️ Groups
In menus created for Speed Ovens and TSi, recipes can be organized into groups.
Group functions:
- Organize recipes by category (e.g.: breads, meats, desserts);
- Define image and name of the group;
- Choose preheating (if available);
- Reorder groups with drag and drop;
- Edit, copy or delete groups.
5.1.6 🍽️ Recipes
Within each group (or directly in the menu, depending on the model), the user can:
- Create new recipes;
- Import from the Cookbook (standardized recipes);
- Edit, delete, reorder, copy or move recipes between groups;
- Search for recipes by name or ingredient;
- Export recipe as PDF or image (.png).
⚙️ Note: To create a recipe, at least the name and an image are required. Other data are optional.
5.2 📂 "My Menus" Tab
This tab shows only the menus created by the logged-in user, making management and location easier.
✔️ Offers the same functionalities as the "All" tab, but focuses on individual creations.
5.3 🗑️ Trash
In the Trash tab, all deleted menus are temporarily stored.
Trash features:
- Menus remain for 30 days before permanent deletion;
- Option to restore menu or permanently delete;
- Simple and accessible organization.
