New features
- Continuous browsing in Cookbook: we added progressive recipe loading to the Available recipes and Saved recipes tabs, respecting the selected filters and name search;
- Saving Cookbook recipes to menus: we improved the recipe selection window with progressive loading, search, and options compatible with the menu’s equipment model. We also expanded the viewing area and added loading indicators during searches and saving;
- Viewing HACCP records: we added progressive loading of records in tables, taking into account the applied filters and the information needed to view details and generate charts;
- Installing the IOK Platform on mobile phones: we added a guidance window for installing the platform as a web app, making access easier in compatible browsers;
- Option menus on mobile devices: we standardized actions and selection fields in panels that open from the bottom of the screen, providing more space and making them easier to use on smaller screens.
Fixes and adjustments
- Home and Cookbook access: we adjusted the recipe count to include the account’s available and saved recipes. Selecting the recipe tile on Home now takes the user to Cookbook;
- Cookbook loading: we improved the visual loading indicators while keeping recipes already displayed available for interaction. We also fixed loading indicators appearing simultaneously;
- Creating simple recipes: we fixed duplicate creation forms on computers and mobile devices, including workflows for equipment such as MiniConv and C-MAX;
- New recipe parameters: we fixed an issue on mobile phones that could populate the steps of a new recipe with information from the previously viewed recipe;
- Editing and viewing recipes on mobile phones: we fixed fields that extended beyond the screen boundaries, including Main ingredient and Dish type. We also adjusted buttons, action labels, and scrolling to provide access to all content;
- Creating menus and recipes: we improved windows, close controls, and loading indicators, and added safeguards against repeated clicks or taps during creation and saving;
- Menu navigation and organization on mobile phones: we standardized headers and the display of the name, group and recipe totals, compatibility, last update, and actions. We also adjusted search, selectors, and the reordering screen to prevent content from extending outside the visible area;
- Importing and exporting menus: we expanded the space in windows that list equipment and groups on mobile phones. For imports, we fixed the display of instructions, the file name, and the selection confirmation;
- Copying groups: we expanded the selection area and adjusted loading of destination menus, fixing issues that could prevent the operation from continuing while preserving equipment compatibility checks;
- Home on different screens: we fixed the layout of the Equipment models chart and its legend at different resolutions and zoom levels. We adjusted the user name and language selector on mobile phones and fixed the location map not appearing under certain viewing conditions;
- Platform headers and navigation: we improved the positioning of headers and content on the main screens, including equipment details. We fixed misaligned icons in the collapsed sidebar and incorrect spacing in Cookbook and Menus;
- Master, Prática, Distributor, and Support accounts: we expanded responsive layout adjustments on Home and equipment screens. For Support accounts, we improved tables, company information, and indicators to prevent content from being cut off on mobile phones;
- Equipment screen controls: we adjusted the position of navigation controls to prevent overlap and make better use of the available space;
- User invitations and activation: we fixed inconsistencies when completing registration through an invitation and resending activation emails, improving access continuity and the messages displayed;
- Platform security: we strengthened the secure HTTPS browsing policy, enhancing the protection applied by the browser when accessing the IOK Platform.
Known issues and pending adjustments/improvements
- Responsive layouts and display: some screens and features are still being adapted for different screen sizes and mobile devices, in addition to the improvements included in this release;
- Account creation: company names containing certain special characters, such as an apostrophe, may prevent registration from being completed;
- Image selection: plans include expanding the image options available across different equipment models;
- Login: a “Keep me signed in” option is planned for the login screen;
- Downloading update files on iOS devices: some files, especially larger ones, may be difficult to download;
- Online/Offline equipment: connection status is not yet updated in real time on all screens. In some cases, the page must be refreshed to see the change;
- New Chat and IOK Assistant: this release includes preparations for the new support experience on computers and mobile devices. The feature remains disabled during the initial rollout; its release to users depends on completion of the planned validations.
- Registering blast freezers without connectivity: initially available only for KLIMAPRO S, M, and L models. At this stage, the feature covers equipment registration only; the remaining functionality is still in development.
