New implementations
- New software version for FIT ST: we added support for FIT ST version ST2.0.0 on the IOK Platform, allowing compatible equipment to receive the new software version and use the telemetry features available for the model;
- FIT ST ST1.0.0 update protection: we added a specific rule for FIT ST equipment that still uses version ST1.0.0. For this equipment, updating via Wi-Fi is unavailable, and the platform instructs the user to perform the procedure via USB. FIT ST equipment running other versions continues to use the compatible update methods normally;
- New software version for TSi: we added support for TSi version 2.3.0 on the IOK Platform, including the features required to make the equipment update available and manage it;
- TSi telemetry and HACCP: we enabled TSi in the IOK Platform’s data transmission and viewing features. The new equipment version allows for greater integration with the platform, including telemetry information and HACCP records used to monitor operations.
Fixes and adjustments
- Equipment details screen on mobile devices: we significantly improved the responsiveness of the equipment details screen. The page structure was revised to account for the specific characteristics of the different models connected to the IOK Platform, providing a more consistent experience on smartphones and tablets;
- Equipment information on smaller screens: we reorganized the header, general information, groups, recipes, and other elements on the details screen to improve readability and usability across different screen sizes;
- Service request on mobile devices: we adjusted the margins, spacing, dimensions, and presentation of the elements used in the service request flow from the equipment details screen;
- FIT ST update experience: we improved the messages and controls displayed during the software update to make the Wi-Fi update restriction applicable to equipment still using version ST1.0.0 clearer;
- General equipment compatibility improvements: we made additional adjustments to the flows related to FIT ST and TSi models to ensure the correct identification of software versions and the operation of the features provided by the IOK Platform.
Known issues and pending adjustments/improvements
- Responsiveness and display: despite the improvements included in this version, some screens and features are still being adapted to provide a fully consistent experience across different screen sizes and mobile devices;
- Users and account creation: we continue to improve the user management and account creation flows. In some cases, company names containing certain special characters, such as apostrophes, may prevent registration from being completed;
- Image selection: expanding the image options available across different equipment models is planned;
- Login: adding the "Stay signed in" option to the login screen is planned;
- Downloading update files on iOS devices: certain update files, especially larger files, may experience download difficulties on iOS devices;
- Online/Offline equipment: connection status updates do not yet occur in real time on all platform screens. In some cases, it is necessary to refresh the page to view the status change.
