New Implementations
- New languages available: we have added support for Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish languages on the IOK Platform, expanding the localized experience for users in these markets. The new languages are also now available in compatible features, including creation and editing of menus for Speed Ovens, communications, and exports;
- Total recipe time: we added automatic display of the total recipe time, calculated from the sum of the active steps. This information is now available in the recipe view and the step summary, respecting the time characteristics of different equipment models and also covering recipes from the Cookbook;
- Greater compatibility with corporate networks: we improved the access architecture to the IOK Platform to reduce dependence on specific network releases. This enhancement facilitates platform use in environments with firewalls and stricter security policies, reducing difficulties in operations such as account creation, password recovery, login, and navigation;
- New images for Baking Station recipes: we added new image and icon options for use in Baking Station recipes.
Fixes and adjustments
- Mobile device experience: we significantly expanded the responsiveness adjustments of the IOK Platform. Improvements cover the Home, Cookbook, My Menus, Equipment, Groups, Locations, Users, Settings, account editing, recipe creation and viewing, and the flows for adding and updating equipment, providing a more consistent experience on tablets and smartphones;
- Equipment associated with Groups and Locations: we fixed the loading of the equipment list on mobile devices. When a group or location has many pieces of equipment, the platform now allows navigating the list and progressively loading the remaining equipment;
- Help Center on the IOK Platform: we improved the display of Help Center articles in the IOK Information section. Titles, texts, lists, images, links, and tables are now presented more fully and responsively on desktop and mobile devices. We also added access to the original article in the Help Center, with the link text following the language selected by the user;
- PDF menu export in different languages: we enhanced PDF generation to properly support special characters and international alphabets, increasing export compatibility with the various languages available on the platform;
- Compatibility with different languages: we improved the handling of special characters and international alphabets in information such as recipes, menus, groups, and users, increasing the consistency of data registered on the platform;
- TSi usage indicators: we fixed the counting of the total number of executed recipes so the indicator correctly reflects recipes completed on the equipment;
- Recipe creation and editing: we fixed the behavior of fields used in configuring recipe steps, including switching between time-based and probe-based controls;
- Home: we fixed a display issue that could compromise the layout of the equipment model chart when changing the browser zoom level;
- User editing: we fixed an issue that could prevent saving changes to already registered user information;
- Equipment data export to Excel: we adjusted exports to consider data from the last 30 days, making spreadsheet generation faster and more consistent;
- Menu export to TORO equipment via Wi-Fi: we fixed a failure that could prevent menu export on the first attempt, making the process more stable;
- Equipment details screen: we improved handling of incomplete information to avoid loading failures on the screen and updated the information presented about data storage;
- Platform security: we reinforced additional protections in the web layer of the IOK Platform, expanding controls related to safe browsing and protection of content displayed by the browser;
- General stability improvements: we made additional adjustments to increase the reliability and consistency of platform functionalities.
Known issues and pending adjustments/improvements
- Responsiveness and display: despite the improvements included in this version, some screens and functionalities are still being adapted to offer a fully consistent experience across different screen sizes and mobile devices;
- Users and account creation: we continue improving user management and account creation flows. In some cases, company names containing certain special characters, such as apostrophes, may prevent completion of registration;
- Image selection: an expansion of image options available among different equipment models is planned;
- Login: the inclusion of the "Stay signed in" option on the login screen is planned;
- Update file downloads on iOS devices: certain update files, especially larger ones, may experience difficulties during download on iOS devices;
- Equipment Online/Offline: connection status updates do not yet occur in real-time on all platform screens. In some cases, refreshing the page is necessary to see the status change.
